We offer nine air conditioned conference venues, of different sizes and a large auditorium that is converted into a beautiful draped function hall.
Rooms can accommodate from 2 delegates to the large venue that can seat up to 240 cinema style.
We can assist you with accommodation should you need to find your delegates a place to stay for the duration of the conference as we work in association with all major guesthouses in the area.

To ensure we can consistently provide catering of high quality and value for money to our customers, our in-house, industrialised kitchen is maned by our own on-site team of experienced catering staff.
As you would expect from a venue that provides service for the corporate market and can host over 200 people, we have an enviable range of well prepared dishes.
Food is served buffet style with a selection of hot and cold dishes. Lunch places an emphasis on light and healthy eating, alternatively a finger buffet lunch can be arranged within or adjacent to most of our meeting and exhibition areas. In the evening a three course self-serve dinner contains both traditional and current specialities.
For private catering and special occasions we also have comprehensive banqueting and buffet menu's and a wine list suitable for any occasion.
DCC is a dedicated Conference facility offering 10 Conference Rooms of different sizes, ranging from 25sq/m to 320sq/m.
We can therefore seat from 2 to 240 delegates.
Different seating styles from cinema, board room, school room, U shape or banquiting style is available to suit your particular needs.
All basic conference equipment is available including digital projection and sound systems, roving and other microphones.
